E.C.A.S is a police-themed robot. He is the first Armored Puppet release to feature an updated Core Body, featurning an overall larger body and partially-assembled parts attached to the runners, dubbed the "Core Body 2.0."

- E.C.A.S is the third Armored Puppet release and first "full" release to feature stock art instead of artwork on the box, the first and second being Core Body + Diorama Base Set B1-01 and Core Body + Diorama Base Set B1-02.
- Although E.C.A.S is the first Armored Puppet release to come with the new Core Body 2.0, Meijin was intended to be the first if he hadn't been delayed.
